According to businessdictionary.com a service business is defined as; A commercial enterprise that provides work performed in an expert manner by an individual or team for the benefit of its customers. The typical service business provides intangible products, such as accounting, banking, consulting, cleaning, coaching, landscaping, education, insurance, treatment, and transportation services.
It is my strong opinion that our nation’s economy would be greatly improved if more people knew how to sell their services better.

• What are the characteristics of someone outstanding in your industry?
